WHAT IS MC-Ⅲ
MC-III is an oit-soluble,heat-stable chemical compound containing elements that act on metal surfaces to form
a super-tough shield against friction,heat,wear,and corrosive buiId-up.
WHERE T0 USE MC-Ⅲ
The MC—lII fOrmUIation is especially adapted for use in heavy industrial, marine and aviation applications. In
bulldozers, graders, compactors, ships locomotives, heavy hyd raulic presses, cutters, stamping machines and
similar machinery,MC-Ⅲ covers metaI surfaces with a petro-chemical barrier that helps protect moving parts
againat wear.
HOW T0 USE MC-Ⅲ
The special MC-Ⅲ formuIation is designed to be introduced to metal parts through the Iubricant normally used.It
should be added at a 16:1 ratio...one part MC-Ⅲ to sixteen parts lubricant.MC-Ⅲ does not adversely affect or alter the lubricant, but treats the surface of the metal to form a protective shield againat wear.In some applications, such as using MC-Ⅲ on cutting tools, it is appropriate to mix MC-Ⅲ at 16:1 with a quart of oil and wipe, spray, pour or brush the mixture onto the tool and the work to help improve efficiency,to resist wear, and help extend tool and equipment life.
SUPER PROTECTION FOR HEAVY INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
Under heavy stress conditions where EP (Extreme Pressure) lubricants are vital to normal operation, MC-III adds an extra measure of wear protection.
MC-Ⅲ blends with all types of petroleum lubricants, and does not affect in a way the lubricants to which it is added MC-Ⅲ amalgainates with the Surface of the metal by forming a petro-chemical barrier over microscopic irregularities the surface. When mixed in the proper proportions,it forms an extra heavy shield that protects moving metal parts against friction heat and wear.
